Ordering Info


We have attempted to set things up here so the store will be user friendly for you the customer– and we hope to give you a bit more information than we usually can through our ebay store.  If you have any questions about what you are ordering, or are not sure about what series, generation, etc. you have or want parts for… please send us an e-mail or call — ( we tend to be a bit OLD SCHOOL — and find it is sometimes better to speak directly to you so you get the “right stuff” the 1st time ) We will respond to e-mails and voicemails as quickly as possible. 

We are usually available for tech calls Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Central Time)….but we are often available on Friday as well– if you happen to miss us — DON’T JUST HANG UP  !! … leave us a message and a number we will get back to you ASAP!!! ( and if you happen to have an “unusual” schedule,  email us and we can work out other times to have a conversation )

We have set the store up so you can pay for your purchases with your major credit card or with your paypal account  ( If you don’t want to use this online method — just give us a call and we will work with you to use whatever method you prefer ) 

RETURN POLICY: we charge a 20% restocking and handling fee on all returned items. Returns are only accepted with an authorization from our sales department. All returns must be in original packaging and still in new-unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
